(hereinafter, MOIRA), with registered office at C/ Almagro 1, number 1, 2nd floor, left, 28010 Madrid (Spain) and Tax ID No. A87750634, a company registered with the Madrid Mercantile Registry: Volume 35,607, Section 8, page 186 and sheet M-639961.
MOIRA is registered as a manager of closed-end collective investment entities in the register of the Spanish Securities Market Commission (Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores – CNMV) (Official registration number: 125).
2.- Nature of the Services

The terms of use of this WEBSITE are of an indefinite duration. MOIRA reserves, in any event, the unilateral right to modify the conditions of access to them, as well as their content.
8.- Nullity and Ineffectiveness of Clauses
If any clause included in these terms is declared wholly or partially null or ineffective, such nullity shall affect only that provision or the part thereof that is null or ineffective, and the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.

MOIRA undertakes to comply with the applicable regulations on privacy and data protection.
The USER’s IP address will be incorporated into a file for which MOIRA is responsible for the purpose of managing access to the WEBSITE. The legal basis for the processing is the technical need to record access to the WEBSITE, and it will be retained for a period of 3 years in order to address any potential legal liability arising from the processing.
The USER may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation/erasure, objection, restriction and portability by sending postal mail to MOIRA’s registered office, providing a copy of their national ID card or equivalent document and proof of ownership of the IP address, identifying themselves as a user of this WEBSITE.
